Production area: Company-owned vineyards located in the southern area of the Municipality of Colonnella.
Soil: Clayey, medium texture, poor. Average altitude of vineyards: 250 metres above sea level.
Employed grapes: 85% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, 15% Passerina
Consume with: Consume with fish dishes, but also light meat dishes and some soft, non-spicy cheese.
Alcohol level 11.5% Vol.
Best served at 10-12°C
Manufacturing technique: White wine-making technique; static racking and controlled-temperature alcoholic fermentation (17°-20°C). After initial racking, the wine is stored in constant-temperature steel tanks with nitrogen charging until wine is bottled, usually before the beginning of the summer.
Organoleptic features: Colour: straw-yellow with green shadings
Fragrance: it combines a strong fruit aroma with pleasant flower hints, typical dried grass and hay hint.
Taste: dry, fresh and balanced; fruity sensation and very refreshing.
